Hardcore Routes

Not for sissies, these rides will kick your butt! Enjoy!

HARDCORE #1: SEBASTOPOL TO THE COAST
This route takes you into Occidental, Duncans Mills, down to the coast and up Coleman Valley Rd, which is a climbing favorite in the area. 50 miles.

HARDCORE #2: EVERY HARD CLIMB IN THE AREA
We call this the kick-ass route as it is 49 miles with almost 5000 feet of climbing!

HARDCORE #3: SEBASTOPOL TO SWEETWATER SPRINGS
Though this is a little shorter with less climbing than the previous two, don’t be fooled. Sweetwater Springs is very challenging. 43.6 miles.

HARDCORE #4: HEALDSBURG TO ROCKPILE
For a great view of Lake Sonoma this is a fun ride. Easy until you get up to the lake, and then the Rockpile climb will give you your money’s worth. 52.5 miles

HARDCORE #5: THE GEYSERS LOOP
Beginning in Healdsburg, this route will take you on a wild and wicked ride up to the Geysers, our natural steam power generators. 55.1 miles

HARDCORE #6: WILLOW CREEK/HARRISON GRADE
This is a great route for those wanting both road and gravel riding taking you on a beautiful loop, including a stretch along the coast, but heading back up Willow Creek is also an option, for a more gravel-filled experience. 51.1 miles

HARDCORE #7: SANTA ROSA TO ST HELENA VIA TRINITY RD
Ride Sonoma and Napa Counties in the same ride, crossing over the Mayacama Mountains in both directions. 57.6 miles.

HARDCORE #8: SEBASTOPOL TO FORT ROSS
This route includes a long stretch up Highway 1, and some serious climbs. 73.4 miles

HARDCORE #9: SEBASTOPOL TO HEALDSBURG/MILL CREEK/SWEETWATER
This ride includes a beautiful out and back on Mill Creek Rd., as well as Sweetwater, Harrison Grade, Burnside and many other climbers. 83.7 miles

HARDCORE #10: SEBASTOPOL TO CLOVERDALE
This isn’t a hardcore ride, as much as it’s a long one. There’s very little climbing. Add in an out and back on Mill Creek (see ride above) and you’ll get a good climb and close to 100 miles. 86.8 miles
